What we build

Each service has its own page with the materials, the build and the questions homeowners ask. In short:

Custom Deck Designs

New decks in Trex, TimberTech, Azek and other PVC, Fiberon, cedar, pressure-treated lumber, mahogany and ipe, with railings in Trex Signature, TimberTech, cable rail, aluminum picket or wood and low-voltage lighting as an option. Level Line also repairs, resurfaces and refinishes existing decks, replaces a deck outright with a tear-out and rebuild, and builds pool decks.

Porches & Patios

Front porches and stairs, new or rebuilt, screened, roofed or open, with floors from the same decking lines or natural wood. Paver patios are designed and managed by Level Line, with a licensed masonry partner setting any major paver line.

Rain Escape Systems

Under-deck drainage that keeps the space below a deck dry: a membrane at the joists, a gutter and downspouts that carry the water away, under any of the decking lines Level Line installs. Level Line is a certified RainEscape installer, on a new deck or retrofitted under the one you have.

Outdoor Kitchens

Kitchens built into a deck or beside a patio, with grills, refrigeration, sinks, counters and cabinets, seating and fire features built in, and the gas, water and electrical lines run by licensed plumbers and electricians that Level Line brings in and coordinates.

Pergolas & Shade Structures

Pergolas, gazebos and pavilions over a deck or a patio, in pressure-treated lumber, cedar, mahogany, composite, PVC or aluminum kits, footed and framed the way the decks are.

Deck Amenities

Built-in seating, fire pits, planter boxes, grill stations, hot tub surrounds, privacy screens, under-deck storage, cabanas, pool decks and low-voltage lighting, framed into the deck rather than bolted on afterward.

Materials we install

Level Line installs the composite and PVC lines that resist rot, warping and fading in salt air and sun, and the natural woods for homeowners who want the real thing. For Trex, TimberTech, Azek and Fiberon, Level Line is a manufacturer-certified installer.

Trex

Composite decking. Manufacturer-certified installer.

TimberTech

Composite decking. Manufacturer-certified installer.

Azek

PVC decking. Manufacturer-certified installer.

Fiberon

Composite decking. Manufacturer-certified installer.

Cedar

Natural wood with its own color and grain. It needs regular upkeep near the water.

Pressure-treated lumber

The traditional wood deck board. It needs staining or sealing and regular upkeep over its life.

Mahogany

A hardwood board for a homeowner who wants real wood underfoot.

Ipe

A dense tropical hardwood. Like every natural wood it asks for regular maintenance.

Railings come in Trex Signature, TimberTech, cable rail, aluminum picket and wood.

Every deck is tied down with hurricane clips and wind-uplift connectors, and near the water every hanger, bracket, bolt and fastener is rated for salt exposure.

Absolutely thrilled with the new deck they built for us! The craftsmanship is top-notch. The team was professional, clean and on schedule from day one. My in-laws liked how well ours came out that they had theirs done too. If you need work done right save yourself the hassle and give them a call.
